The new Exotics XCG-V Driver from Tour Edge Golf is by far the best driver Tour Edge has ever produced. Playing as beautifully as it looks, the Exotics XCG-V Driver offers enhanced distance and forgiveness in the largest titanium cup face design to date. The new V-shaped cup face provides greater spring and spreads more weight to the heavy steel sole for even greater forgiveness on off-center hits. The Exotics XCG-V Driver's state-of-the-art magnesium crown is lighter than even carbon, and lowers the CG for lower spin. The result of all of this technological marvel by Tour Edge? A cup-face that is 125% larger than previous models, allowing for even more explosive power and distance.
Technology
- The Exotics XCG-V Driver features a V-shaped titanium crown and cup face, ultra light magnesium crown, and a heavier high-density steel sole plate.
- Magnesium is two times lighter than a titanium crown, allowing more weight to be placed in the heavy sole.
- Heavy, high-density steel sole plate is combo-brazed to the titanium body and lowers the CG for improved performance.
Features
- The Exotics XCG-V Driver's cup-face is 125% larger than previous models, allowing for even more explosive power and distance. The larger titanium cup-face improves COR on all points on the face.
- The deepest, lowest CG of any Exotics driver to date (37.74mm deep/31.12mm high) compliments of the V-shaped titanium cup face/hosel and magnesium crown that push more weight to rear corners of the high-density steel sole.
- Deep CG angle and CG distance (24.25 deg anle/40.66mm distance) helps the club face square at impact with more force for a quick launch and longer, hotter drives.
- Consistent with the Tour Edge Exotics heritage, the Exotics XCG-V Driver has an extremely low spin rate for longer, more accurate drives.
