USA Shipping Policy
- Golf USA of Manhattan offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $65 in the continental USA. Simply select UPS GROUND in the shopping cart, and if your order totals more than $65, shipping is free! Unfortunately, orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for this free shipping offer.
- Shipping methods may be selected in the shopping cart and include
UPS GROUND, UPS 3 DAY SELECT, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, or UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER. All shipping charges for UPS GROUND orders of less than $65, or 3 DAY/2ND DAY/NEXT DAY will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart before the completion of your order.
- Shipping charges for UPS GROUND orders totalling less than $65, or 3 DAY/2ND DAY/NEXT DAY orders are based on package weight, as determined by UPS shipping table charges from origination zip code 66503. The total price of your purchase including shipping will be clearly displayed before any charges are made to your credit card.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order, including a UPS Tracking Number after your order has been processed, usually within 24-36 hours after you have placed an order. 3 DAY/2ND DAY/NEXT DAY orders placed before 3pm CDT will ship the same day, provided the item is available and in stock and is not a custom item. Golf USA of Manhattan will occasionally ship stock items directly from the manufacturer which can require an additional time period before shipment.
- Please note that selecting custom options (lie angle/shaft length/shaft type/grip size) on Tour Edge, Exotics, Adams, Cleveland, Mizuno or TaylorMade golf clubs will require the club(s) to be built and shipped directly from the manufacturer's factory and may require an additional build time of 1-3 or more days. Call or email us if you have questions regarding the availability or delivery time of custom items.
- UPS 3 DAY SELECT, UPS 2ND DAY AIR OR UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. Only UPS GROUND deliveries will be made to an address different than the billing address of the cardholder.
International Shipping Policy
- Duties & Taxes - International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse shipment because of duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by Golf USA of Manhattan.
- Golf USA of Manhattan is now shipping overseas to Australia, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Please select UPS Worldwide Expedited as your shipping method. Please note, International Orders will be shipped ONLY to the billing address of the cardholder. No drop shipping of International Orders is allowed.
Golf USA of Manhattan is now shipping to Canada. Please select UPS Standard to Canada as your shipping method.
Returns
Please contact us at 800.338.9235 in order to authorize returns. Returns that are received without an authorization number on the package will be refused.
Tour Edge golf clubs purchased under Tour Edge Golf's 30 Day Performance Guarantee are eligible to be returned for purchase price store credit only, no refunds. Custom Tour Edge golf clubs are not eligible for return. See our "Tour Edge Golf Clubs" page for details.
All other returns must be unused and are for store credit only.
