Your Golf USA of Manhattan order status will be updated via email when your order is preparing to ship and/or has actually shipped.

Monday-Friday: 10:00-6:00 CST
Saturday: 10:00-5:00 CST
Sunday: Closed

You can also check the status of your order by sending us an email. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will reply to your email request within 24 hours.

Returns

Items with custom specs may not be returned under any circumstance. All other returns must be unused and still in packaging.

Please contact us at (800)338-9235 in order to authorize returns. Returns that are received without a return authorization number on the package will be refused.
